| Descrizione sintetica in italiano | - Supporto alla gestione, coordinamento e management; - Supporto allo studio dello stato dell’arte sulla prefabbricazione; - Monitoring e contatti con il site manager greco, con gli abitanti, gli ingegneri locali e con gli uffici tecnici, anche attraverso viaggi ad Atene per lo screening del caso di studio; - Supporto all’ottimizzazione del design e integrazione con le RES (fonti di energia rinnovabile) sull’apparato costruttivo e sugli elementi di involucro; - Studio e sviluppo della struttura e delle componenti di involucro per il miglioramento sismico ed energetico; - Sviluppo di un abaco per soluzioni “tailored”; elaboration and preparation of the executive architectural and technical designs necessary for the implementation on site; - Controllo della qualità architettonica e costruttiva; - BIM coordination of all the phases of the project (design, structure) in order to manage the complex process of the integration |
| Descrizione sintetica in inglese | Tasks and skills: - Evaluate the progress of the workflow and the quality of results achieved. - To take mitigation steps when necessary, issue progress, interim and final reports; - Set the agenda for the meetings of the Steering Committee, prepare the minutes of the meetings and share them among the partners; - Gather all the information and the results centrally to ensure a permanent flow and database of information, experience and know-how; - Pre and after monitoring of the GET system applied in the Greek case; - Evaluation of the integrated design of the solutions regarding the performance of the combinations of the technologies implemented on the case studies. - Monitoring and networking with the greek site manager, the local technical offices; - Screening on the case study; - BIM coordination of all the phases of the project (design, structure) in order to manage the complex process of the integration. |
