| Descrizione sintetica in italiano | Il progetto di ricerca descritto si sita all’interno di un’attività scientifica intrapresa dal gruppo di ricerca di afferenza. L’obiettivo è quello di verificare la fattibilità tecnica e ottimizzare la realizzazione di per la fabbricazione di motori elettrici custom ed elementi in SMA mediante l’impiego di tecnologie additive. |
| Descrizione sintetica in inglese | The research project is included in the scientific activity of the laser research group. The object of the project is to prove the technical feasibility and do an optimization of manufacturing of electric motors and SMA components with the use of additive technology. PERIOD 1: Preparatory activity of collecting scientific work concerning selective laser melting will be done and past laser’s group works will be analyzed PERIOD 2: The different steps that compose the production process with additive manufacturing technology machine will be analyzed. PERIOD 3: The components will be redesigned taking care the characteristics of the selective laser melting process and the real machine limitations with the aim of make the most of the advantages from the process and minimize its defects. PERIOD 4: Experimental activity will be made at the laboratory of the department of industrial engineering and at laboratory of partners |
