| Descrizione sintetica in italiano | l’assegnista dovrà partecipare alle attività di: valutazione dell’impatto ambientale dei materiali prodotti progettando e realizzando un test di cessione ad hoc (WP1 Task 1 e WP2 Task 2); alla caratterizzazione del materiale prodotto (Spherical Blown Slags) durante la messa a punto del processo di produzione industriale (WP1 Task 1); alla messa a punto del processo di produzione e caratterizzazione del vetroceramico Basalt like (WP2 Task 2), basandosi su uno studio dei diagrammi di stato e l’adeguata valutazione del possibile inserimento di polveri di silice/vetro proveniente da altri processi industriali e da riciclo, con l’obiettivo di ottenere polveri di granulometria inferiore a 45 micron che possano essere utilizzate per ottenere ricoprimenti duri e nella stampa 3D; |
| Descrizione sintetica in inglese | the grant holder must participate in the activities of: assessment of the environmental impact of the materials produced by designing and implementing an ad hoc assignment test (WP1 Task 1 and WP2 Task 2); the characterization of the material produced (Spherical Blown Slags) during the development of the industrial production process (WP1 Task 1); to the fine-tuning of the production and characterization process of the Basalt-like glass ceramic (WP2 Task 2), based on a study of the state diagrams and the adequate evaluation of the possible insertion of silica / glass dust coming from other industrial and recycling processes , with the aim of obtaining powders with a particle size of less than 45 microns that can be used to obtain hard coatings and in 3D printing; comparing the characteristics of the new materials obtained with those of the materials already on the market; |
