| Descrizione sintetica in italiano | Il destinatario trascorrerà un primo periodo studiando le tecniche di sintesi ecosostenibili e a basso costo adottate e descritte nel panorama internazionale, quindi produrrà i peptidi quantificando il costo della sintesi e confrontandolo con quello della metodologia tradizionale. Una volta identificata la via di sintesi ottimale, l'assegnista sintetizzerà e purificherà su scala di laboratorio i due analoghi più efficaci. Nell'ultimo periodo di attività, l'assegnista riassumerà in una relazione conclusiva le sue osservazioni e l'analisi accurata dei costi della sintesi. Trascorrerà inoltre alcuni mesi presso l'azienda FRESENIUS, dove l'esperienza acquisita presso il gruppo di ricerca universitario sarà sfruttata nell'area Ricerca e Sviluppo e dove il destinatario potrà acquisire competenze in ambito di sintesi industriale, nell'ottica del trasferimento di conoscenze e competenze bilaterale Università-Industria. |
| Descrizione sintetica in inglese | The recipient will spend a first period studying the eco-sustainable and low-cost synthetic techniques adopted and described on the international scene, then he/she will carry out peptide synthesis, keeping track of each reagent used with the relative quantities, so that the cost of the synthesis can be quantified and compared with that of the traditional method. Once the optimal synthesis path has been identified, the research fellow will produce the two most effective analogues on a laboratory scale. The research fellow will summarize his/her observations and an accurate analysis of the costs of the synthesis in a final report. He/She will spend a few months at the FRESENIUS company, where the experience acquired at the university research group will be exploited in the Research and Development area and where the recipient will be able to acquire skills in the field of industrial synthesis, with a view to the transfer of knowledge and bilateral University-Industry competences |
