| Descrizione sintetica in italiano | The research assistant will conduct research on innovation management, digital technologies and their impact in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and the Public Sector. Research activities will be carried out to investigate workers’ attitudes, perceptions and preferences towards innovative digital technologies and digital tools to promote team performance and organizational effectiveness. Research activities will focus on interface evaluation and on critical assessment of technologies’ features and their relationship with user acceptance and behavioural intention to use. The research assistant will perform data mining techniques (e.g. latent class analysis, association rule mining) to understand predictors of the successful uptake of digital technologies in specific work environments, will analyze the effects of digital technologies on workers’ cognitive workload, performance and wellbeing and results will be used to design and test an Innovation Platform for the H-WORK. |
