Descrizione sintetica in italiano | La ricerca è volta alla raccolta e analisi delle informazioni quali-quantitative necessarie per l’elaborazione del Piano di Marketing Strategico dell’Ateneo, del Piano operativo e delle politiche di merchandising ispirate ai principi della sostenibilità e dell’economia circolare e mira a rafforzare la strategia di posizionamento e di comunicazione dell’Ateneo attraverso un approccio innovativo di engagement marketing. Partendo dalla mappatura delle aspettative e dei bisogni del variegato pubblico a cui l’azione di Marketing e il merchandising di Ateneo si rivolgono, verranno individuati, attraverso focus group e survey, i driver utili a rafforzare il senso di appartenenza all’Istituzione. La ricerca analizzerà l’impatto dei modelli di economia circolare orientati alla sostenibilità sulle scelte strategiche di marketing e sulle politiche merchandising di Ateneo al fine di assicurarne la coerenza con gli obiettivi sia del Piano Strategico sia della Terza Missione. |
Descrizione sintetica in inglese | The research is aimed at collecting and analyzing the qualitative and quantitative information necessary for the elaboration of the Insubria’s Strategic Marketing Plan, the Operational Plan and merchandising policies inspired by the principles of sustainability and circular economy and aims at strengthening the University of Insubria positioning strategy through an innovative engagement marketing approach. Starting from the mapping of the expectations and needs of the wide audience to which both the Marketing strategy and merchandising policies of the Univ are addressed, the drivers useful for strengthening the sense of belonging to the Institution will be identified also through focus groups and surveys. The research will analyze the impact of circular economy models on both strategic marketing choices and on the University’s merchandising policies in order to ensure consistency with the objectives of both the Strategic Plan and the Third Mission. |
