| Descrizione sintetica in italiano | The research assistant: - Will undertake a critical review to understand the effectiveness of nudging in specific work environments, addressing both the opportunities and the limitations and pitfalls of nudging theories and applications in the workplace; - Will identify the key opportunities and limitations of digital nudging, explaining how it can be effective and how it can be used to individualise intervention in the workplace; - Will conduct a case study analysis on nudging-based interventions for health and safety in organisations; - will contribute to the development of the H- WORK decision support system (the results will be used in the designof the decision support system for workplace nudge interventions in the H- WORK H2020 project); - will contribute to the development of a policy brief on nudging for health and safety to OHS experts. |
