| Descrizione sintetica in italiano | AIchallenges traditional legal rules.In compliance with EUregulatory regime of AI(ris-based approach focusing on safety and respect of fundamental rights) research will define and test general accountability framework for achieving Trustworthy AI.Comparative analysis of relevant EU US Chinese legislative ethical and policy frameworks on AI and their empirical application will provides basis for testing general accountability framework.This entails studying role of accountability in traditional liability rules; assessing impact of AI on fundamental rights, democracy, and the rule of law; identifying, advancing, testing technical solutions to tackle risks associated with the use of AI with focus on bias crystallization of law lack of explainability according to the principle of AI accountability advancing possible sectorspecific solutions to general accountability framework.Research will be on personal data protection issues and on analysis of ethics framework for big social data mining. |
