| Descrizione sintetica in italiano | In.Te.S.A.: This research project, funded by the PRA-HE 2021 program of the University of Foggia, intends to create a digital traceability system in the olive and wine supply chain, based on the use of Blockchain technology, focusing the analyses on the following fundamental dimensions: quality, origin, local, territorial specificities, and environmental sustainability. The project proposes to evaluate the main drivers of adopting the Blockchain in the two supply chains and the propensity of entrepreneurs to implement this modern technology by reinterpreting their business models. Furthermore, the project has the objective of increasing the competitiveness of Italian SMEs in the strategic agri-food sectors identified using Blockchain technology.Smarties: This research project, funded by the PRIN 2020 program of the of the Ministry of University and Research,, aims to explore mechanisms of transition in agrifood sector and rural areas |
