| Descrizione sintetica in italiano | La posizione di assegnista di ricerca fa parte del progetto PRIN 2022 "Industry 4.0 and Sustainability: opportunities and challenges for Italian firms". Gli obiettivi principali del progetto sono: (1) 3 sviluppare e validare empiricamente un framework concettuale sull'impatto dell'adozione delle tecnologie di Industria I4.0 sulle performance di sostenibilità; (2) identificare le best practice nei settori della meccanica e del machinery e tradurle in una serie di possibili percorsi per migliorare le performance di sostenibilità delle imprese italiane grazie all'Industria 4.0. L’assegnista si occuperà in particolare di: (1) revisionare la letteratura scientifica e manageriale sul tema, (2) realizzare e analizzare circa 10 casi studio sulla relazione tra Industria 4.0 e sostenibilità nelle imprese dei settori della meccanica e del machinery; (3) realizzare una survey su un campione ampio e rappresentativo di imprese... |
| Descrizione sintetica in inglese | The research fellow position is part of the PRIN 2022 project "Industry 4.0 and Sustainability: opportunities and challenges for Italian firms." The main objectives of the project are: (1) to develop and empirically validate a conceptual framework on the impact of the adoption of Industry I4.0 technologies on sustainability performance; (2) to identify best practices in the mechanical and machinery sectors and translate them into a set of possible pathways to improve the sustainability performance of Italian firms through Industry 4.0.
