| Descrizione sintetica in italiano | L'assegnista dovrà 1) approfondire mediante studio della letteratura e della giurisprudenza pertinente il ruolo dell'etichettatura e delle certificazioni nel settore agroalimentare con riferimento alla sostenibilità; 2) seguire lo sviluppo dell'iter di approvazione della disciplina dei green claims a livello Ue; 3) approfondire il tela della due diligence aziendale e le sue conseguenze all'interno della filiera agroalimentare (contratti, responsabilità sociale ed ambientale, ruolo dei consumatori). Particolare attenzione dovrà essere accordata all'intersecarsi di diverse iniziative normative, sia a livello nazionale che Ue, concernenti i bilanci di sostenibilità aziendale e le dichiarazioni verso i consumatori. 4) Una volta presa consapevolezza di quanto sopra, ci si attende la stesura quantomeno di un articolo sugli aspetti rilevanti della problematica, in particolare con riferimento alle implicazioni nella filiera agroalimentare |
| Descrizione sintetica in inglese | the research fellow should: 1) investigate the scientific literature and the case-law relative to the role of labelling and certification the in the agri-food sector with regard to sustainability. 2) Follow the process for the approval of the new EU Regulation on green claims in product labelling. 3) investigate the company due diligence topic in the agrifood sector (contracts, social and environmental responsibility, role of the consumer). Particolar attention should be given to the interaction of different rules, at a national and EU level, related to the company sustainability balance sheets and labelling claims towards consumers. 4) As an output of the study, the research fellow should publish at least one article on the relevant issues of this topic, in particular with regard to the implications of green claims on labels for the environmental and social sustainability in agri-food sector. 5) The research fellow should, furthermore, |
