Descrizione sintetica in italiano EGFR is a prototype of the wide family of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs), which are pivotal regulators of growth and differentiated functions, in normal and tumor cells. Previous studies have demonstrated that the intracellular EGFR signaling cascade is regulated by the circadian oscillations of interconnected pathways. In particular, we and others previously unveiled the crosstalk between the EGFR and the nuclear receptor for Glucocorticoids (GR) in the regulation of gene expression. We aim to elucidate the impact of circadian oscillations on EGFR function
