| Descrizione sintetica in italiano | Il candidato/la candidata entrerà a far parte dell'unità di ricerca costituita presso l’Università di Trieste per il progetto PRIN PNRR indicato nel titolo. Questi sarà responsabile in completa autonomia di alcune delle attività ascritte nel progetto all’unità triestina. Anzitutto, dovrà procedere, in coordinamento con le altre unità, al censimento degli archivi e delle biblioteche dei penalisti italiani, redigendo in particolare una parte delle schede relative ai soggetti produttori di archivi e/o possessori di biblioteche. In secondo luogo, dovrà approfondire la figura di Marcello Finzi, attraverso lo studio della sua biblioteca, del suo archivio e della sua opera, con l’obiettivo di pubblicare al riguardo un contributo nel volume contenente i risultati finali del progetto. |
| Descrizione sintetica in inglese | The candidate will join the research unit established at the University of Trieste for the PRIN PNRR project indicated in the title. He/she will be responsible in complete autonomy for some of the activities ascribed in the project to the Trieste unit. First of all, he/she will have to proceed, in coordination with the other units, to the census of the archives and libraries of Italian Professors of Criminal Law, drawing up in particular a part of the cards relating to the archives’ creators and/or to the owners of libraries. Secondly, he/she will have to study in depth the figure of Marcello Finzi, through the study of his library, his archives and his scientific work, with the aim of publishing a paper on this subject in the volume containing the final results of the project. These activities will be accompanied by scientific and organizational support for the workshop to be organized at the University of Trieste and more generally for all the activities of the project. |
