Descrizione sintetica in italiano | Development of algorithms for knowledge representation using data representation on topological spaces, based on a formulation grounded in category theory and algebraic topology. Current techniques, which rely on graph-based representations, are limited to dyadic relationships. The aim of the research is to develop higher-order representations using simplicial (or cellular) complexes and cellular sheaves. The techniques developed should enable the inference of the structure of topological spaces from data and the extraction of topological invariants from these spaces, thereby guiding the design of learning architectures. The research aims to apply the developed techniques in the field of semantic communications. |
