| Descrizione sintetica in italiano | The objective of this research is the study and design of urban houses in its variations concerning the design and composition of the domestic space and the conception of urban places. The first stage involves a research analysis concerning the residential buildings intended as a townhouse to be followed by a design phase. The second stage will focus on compositional topics able to explore and make transmit new forms technologically feasible and sustainable for residential buildings. A focus will be on how different types of residential buildings may determine, in terms of urban development and environmental impact, different housing conditions. The research will identify a range of design experimentation on the Romagna’s territory, where to check settlement principles and themes deducted from the first phase of analysis and study of some emblematic examples, with the goal of enhancing areas that actually represent a land resource. |
