Descrizione del bando in italiano	Attività di ricerca prevista e relative modalità di esercizio: il ricercatore dovrà svolgere attività di ricerca nell’ambito della Storia delle relazioni internazionali, con particolare riguardo allo studio della posizione internazionale dell’Italia del Novecento. Specificamente, il ricercatore dovrà approfondire gli aspetti relativi ai profili concernenti i nessi tra politica interna e politica estera nell’Italia del Novecento in prospettiva comparatistica. Attività di didattica, di didattica integrativa e di servizio agli studenti e relative modalità di esercizio: il ricercatore dovrà svolgere attività di didattica frontale, integrative e di supporto agli studenti dei corsi di laurea che afferiscono al Dipartimento di Scienze Politiche, Giuridiche e Studi Internazionali; titolarità di insegnamenti istituzionali e curriculari nell’ambito dei corsi di laurea triennale e/o magistrale (con particolare riguardo allo svolgimento di attività didattica, frontale e integrativa nei corsi di studio in lingua inglese), nonché attività di supporto e servizio nell’ambito dei corsi di studio predetti. Il ricercatore dovrà svolgere attività didattica, didattica integrativa e di servizio agli studenti nella misura di 350 ore annue, di cui non più di 80 per la didattica frontale. Specifiche funzioni che il ricercatore è chiamato a svolgere: fatta salva l’attività didattica assegnata dal Dipartimento, il ricercatore dovrà svolgere l’attività di ricerca sopraindicata e l’attività didattica frontale di supporto e integrativa. Numero massimo di pubblicazioni presentabili: n. 16 (sedici), ivi compresa la tesi di dottorato se presentata. Lingua straniera la cui adeguata conoscenza sarà oggetto di accertamento mediante prova orale: inglese.
Descrizione del bando in inglese	Foreseen research activities and characters of their achievement: the researcher will have to pursue his research activities in the area of the History of International Relations with a particular emphasis on the study of Italy’s international role during the Twentieth century. Moreover the researcher will have to deal with the aspects related to the link between international questions and domestic issues of Italy’s international role through a comparative approach. Teaching activities, other teaching activities, relations with students and the methods to face those commitments: the researcher will have to give official courses, take part to other teaching activities and give guidance to students in the context of the first level and master courses offered by the Department of Politics, Law and International Studies; i.e. official courses in the context of courses for both undergraduate and postgraduate students (with a particular emphasis as far the courses in English are concerned), as well as all other activities related to scholarly guidance to student attending those courses. The researcher will have to offer at least 350 hours of teaching and tutoring activities, of those activities no more than 80 hours will be devoted to official courses. Specific duties which will be performed by the researcher: besides the teaching activity which will be decided by the Department the researcher will have to perform the research activities and the various kinds of teaching and tutoring which have been already singled out. Maximum number of publications to be presented: 16 (sixteen). The foreign language for which a proper knowledge will be verified is English.
