Descrizione sintetica in italiano	L’Università Commerciale “Luigi Bocconi” di Milano bandisce, ai sensi del art. 24 della Legge 30 dicembre 2010, n. 240 e con le modalità di cui al “Regolamento relativo alla disciplina delle procedure di reclutamento degli ASSISTANT PROFESSOR dell’Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi”, emanato con Decreto Rettorale n. 128 del 10 giugno 2011, un concorso per il conferimento di n. 2 contratti di diritto privato da lavoro subordinato a tempo determinato, di “Assistant Professor”, per lo svolgimento di attività di ricerca, di didattica e di servizio agli studenti.
Descrizione sintetica in inglese	The Department of Management & Technology at Bocconi University has two openings for full-time tenure-track faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level, starting in September 2016. All areas of management research and scholarship will be actively considered. However, for this recruiting period, we are particularly interested in candidates with a focus on Applied Psychology and Strategy/Organization in Technology-Intensive Industries.
Descrizione del bando in inglese	The Department of Management and Technology has a long tradition of intellectual accomplishment anchored by senior leaders in the fields of technology, strategy, and organization theory. In 2015 the department was ranked 7th worldwide (3rd in Europe) for business and management in the QS Worldwide University Ranking, which weighs research productivity, academic reputation, and reputation among recruiters. The department is in a sustained period of growth and internationalization, with 14 faculty members hired across all levels in the last four years. Applicants should demonstrate the capacity for exceptional research achievement and the ability to teach effectively in undergraduate, masters, MBA, and PhD programs. In addition, experienced candidates should have an established track record of successful research and teaching.
