Descrizione sintetica in italiano	L’attività del ricercatore, rientrante nel SSD ING-INF/04, settore concorsuale 09/G1, riguarderà le seguenti attività: sviluppo di tecniche per analizzare il carico cognitivo e le capacità di utenti nell’utilizzo di macchine automatiche e sistemi robotici. Successivamente, il ricercatore utilizzerà le informazioni così ottenute per la realizzazione di sistemi di interazione che siano in grado di modificare la presentazione delle informazioni e le modalità di interazione con il sistema, adattandosi alle capacità cognitive dell’utente (ad esempio, garantendo prestazioni elevate per gli utenti esperti, e aiutando i meno esperti). Le attività di ricerca si svolgeranno all’interno del progetto Europeo INCLUSIVE (Smart and adaptive interfaces for INCLUSIVE work environment).
Descrizione sintetica in inglese	The researcher will be in charge of the following activities: Development of techniques for analyzing the cognitive workload and capabilities of the operators while they utilize automatic machines and robotic systems. Subsequently, the researcher will use the achieved information for realizing interaction systems that are able to modify the presentation of the information and the interaction with the system in order to adapt to the cognitive capabilities of the user (e.g. guaranteeing high performance for experienced users, and helping less experienced ones). The research will be developed within the European project INCLUSIVE (Smart and adaptive interfaces for INCLUSIVE work environment).
Descrizione del bando in italiano	L’attività del ricercatore, rientrante nel SSD ING-INF/04, settore concorsuale 09/G1, riguarderà le seguenti attività: sviluppo di tecniche per analizzare il carico cognitivo e le capacità di utenti nell’utilizzo di macchine automatiche e sistemi robotici. Successivamente, il ricercatore utilizzerà le informazioni così ottenute per la realizzazione di sistemi di interazione che siano in grado di modificare la presentazione delle informazioni e le modalità di interazione con il sistema, adattandosi alle capacità cognitive dell’utente (ad esempio, garantendo prestazioni elevate per gli utenti esperti, e aiutando i meno esperti). Le attività di ricerca si svolgeranno all’interno del progetto Europeo INCLUSIVE (Smart and adaptive interfaces for INCLUSIVE work environment). Il ricercatore svolgerà la propria attività di didattica, didattica integrativa e di servizio agli studenti nell'ambito degli insegnamenti previsti dal ssd ING-INF/04 – AUTOMATICA nei seguenti corsi di studio: Laurea in Ingegneria Meccatronica, Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccatronica, Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale attivati presso il Dipartimento di Scienze e Metodi dell’Ingegneria dell’Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
