Applicants should have an adequate track-record of publications in the field of Private Law, a Ph.D. and/or a LLM, and demonstrate a strong potential in research. The successful candidate will be expected to engage in research at national and international level and to teach undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate courses. It is also expected that the post-holder will reach high standards in teaching and contribute to various aspects of the academic life of the Faculty. The working languages at Bocconi University are Italian and English. Salaries, research funds and teaching loads are competitive with leading academic European institutions.
