Scientific-disciplinary group: 08/CEAR-03 Transport infrastructure and systems, appraisal and evaluation. Profile: Scientific disciplinary-sector: CEAR-03/C Estimate and evaluation. Maximum number of publications that the candidate may submit: 10 (ten). Language skills required: English. The assessment of candidates' knowledge of the English language, in accordance with Law 240/2010, is required due to the multilingual profile of the University.

Alla suddetta procedura selettiva possono partecipare: a) studioso in possesso dell’abilitazione scientifica nazionale, di cui all’art. 16, della Legge n. 240/2010, per il settore concorsuale (S.C.) così come riportato nel DM 855/2015 corrispondente al GSD, ai sensi del DM 639/2024 di cui al presente bando, e per le funzioni oggetto del presente procedimento, ovvero per funzioni superiori purché non già titolari delle medesime funzioni superiori; b) professori già in servizio presso altri Atenei italiani, nella fascia corrispondente a quella per la quale è bandita la selezione; c) studiosi stabilmente impegnati all’estero in attività di ricerca o insegnamento a livello universitario, in posizione di livello pari a quelle oggetto del bando, sulla base di tabelle di corrispondenza, aggiornate ogni tre anni, definite dal MUR, sentito il CUN. Non possono partecipare al procedimento per la chiamata coloro i quali, al momento della presentazione della domanda, abbiano un grado di parentela o affinità, entro il quarto grado compreso, con un professore appartenente al Dipartimento che richiede la attivazione del posto o alla struttura che effettua la chiamata ovvero con il Rettore, con il Direttore Generale o un componente del Consiglio di Amministrazione dell’Università degli Studi di Parma. The following can participate in the aforementioned selection procedure: a) Candidates in possession of the national scientific qualification, pursuant to art. 16, of Law no. 240/2010, for the Academic Recruitment Field (S.C.) as reported in DM 855/2015 corresponding to the GSD, pursuant to DM 639/2024 referred to in this call, and for the functions subject to this proceeding, or for higher office, provided that they are not already holders of the same higher functions; b) professors already in service at other Italian universities, in the bracket corresponding to that for which the selection is announced; c) scholars permanently engaged abroad in research or teaching at university level, in a position of equal level to those covered by the announcement, on the basis of correspondence tables, updated every three years, defined by the MUR, after consulting the CUN. Commenti/sito web per dettagli aggiuntivi sull'impiego (in italiano)	Attività di ricerca sulle tematiche del Settore Scientifico Disciplinare: il vincitore o la vincitrice svolgerà ricerca su temi coerenti con le declaratorie del S.S.D. CEAR-03/C – ESTIMO E VALUTAZIONE (ex ICAR/22), che includono le seguenti tematiche: - Le stime censuarie per valutazioni di investimenti, diritti e tariffe ambientali, economiche, sociali in appalti pubblici e privati. - Le tecniche di analisi costi-benefici e la strutturazione dei problemi decisionali per formulare giudizi di convenienza economicofinanziaria in ambito edile, infrastrutturale, civile, ambientale ed energetico nell’intero ciclo di vita utile dei beni. - L’analisi integrata di tipo ambientale, economico, sociale, anche intergenerazionale, includendo la valutazione degli effetti extraeconomici di programmi, piani, progetti su risorse naturali e territoriali, beni storico-architettonici e paesaggistici, secondo approcci monetari e multicriteriali quantiqualitativi, di tipo sistemico supportati da tecniche di analisi spaziale dei dati, in una logica di sostenibilità dello sviluppo. L’attività di ricerca si concretizzerà nella pubblicazione dei risultati in sedi internazionali di prestigio per il settore, nella partecipazione a progetti di ricerca e avrà rilievo anche ai fini delle azioni di trasferimento tecnologico/terza missione. Criteri generali di valutazione: Per la valutazione dell’attività didattica, di didattica integrativa e di servizio agli studenti, dell’attività di ricerca scientifica e delle pubblicazioni scientifiche si terranno in considerazione gli standard qualitativi, riconosciuti a livello internazionale, ai sensi dell’art. 24, comma 5, della Legge n. 240/2010 e quanto previsto dal D.M. MIUR n. 344 del 4 agosto 2011. Attività didattica nell’ambito dei corsi erogati riferiti al Settore Scientifico Disciplinare: al vincitore o vincitrice sarà assegnato come compito didattico la copertura di insegnamenti del S.S.D. CEAR-03/C – ESTIMO E VALUTAZIONE (ex ICAR/22) per un impegno non inferiore ai limiti imposti ai sensi dell’attuale normativa e regolamento didattico di Ateneo. Attualmente sono erogati insegnamenti nel Corso di Laurea in Architettura Rigenerazione Sostenibilità, nei Corsi di Laurea Magistrale in Architettura e città sostenibili e Ingegneria Civile e nel Corso di Laurea Professionalizzante in Costruzioni Infrastrutture e Territorio. La prova didattica in forma orale, riservata ai primi tre classificati nella valutazione dei titoli, consisterà in una simulazione di lezione (tempo indicativo della prova a discrezione della commissione giudicatrice) su argomenti pertinenti il Settore Scientifico Disciplinare e in attinenza con i contenuti formativi erogati nell’attuale offerta formativa (vedi sezione precedente riguardante le specifiche funzioni richieste al vincitore). La commissione giudicatrice provvederà alla definizione di una serie di possibili tematiche che verranno sorteggiate dai candidati con congruo anticipo rispetto alla data prevista per la prova. L’attività didattica si svolgerà nei corsi di Laurea in Architettura e Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Civile. - L’attività di ricerca verterà sulle tematiche del Settore Scientifico Disciplinare CEAR-03/C, in particolare sulla gestione e la valutazione economica del progetto, sulle tecniche di analisi costibenefici e la strutturazione dei problemi decisionali per formulare giudizi di convenienza economico-finanziaria in ambito edile, civile, ambientale ed energetico nell’intero ciclo di vita utile dei beni.
Commenti/sito web per dettagli aggiuntivi sull'impiego (in inglese)	Research Activities on Topics Related to the Scientific-Disciplinary Sector: The selected candidate will conduct research on topics consistent with the scope of the Scientific-Disciplinary Sector CEAR-03/C - Real estate appraisal and investment valuation (formerly ICAR/22). These include, but are not limited to, the following research areas: • Census estimates for evaluating environmental, economic, social investments, fees and charges in public and private procurement. • The techniques of cost-benefit analysis and the structuring of decision-making problems to formulate cost-benefit judgements in the construction, civil infrastructures, environmental and energy fields over the entire life cycle of assets. • The integrated analysis of environmental, economic, social, also intergenerational, including the evaluation of the extra-economic effects of programmes, plans, projects on natural and territorial resources, historical-architectural and landscape assets, according to monetary and multi-criteria quanti-qualitative approaches, of a systemic type supported by techniques of spatial data analysis, in a logic of sustainable development. The research activities will result in publications in prestigious international venues relevant to the sector, participation in research projects, and will contribute significantly to technology transfer and third-mission activities. General assessment criteria: For the evaluation of teaching activities, supplementary teaching and service to students, scientific research activity and scientific publications, the internationally recognized quality standards will be taken into consideration, pursuant to art. 24, paragraph 5, of Law no. 240/2010 and the provisions of the Ministerial Decree MIUR n. 344 of 4 August 2011. Teaching Activities within the Courses Offered Related to the ScientificDisciplinary Sector: The selected candidate will be assigned teaching responsibilities to cover courses in the Scientific-Disciplinary Sector CEAR-03/C - Real estate appraisal and investment valuation (formerly ICAR/22), with a workload not less than the minimum required by current laws and the university's academic regulations. Currently, the sector offers core courses within the degree program in Architecture, Regeneration, and Sustainability, the master's degree programs in Architecture and City Sustainability and Civil Engineering, including the professional degree in Construction, Infrastructure, and Territory. The oral teaching test, reserved for the top three candidates in the evaluation of qualifications, will consist of a simulated lesson (with the indicative duration of the test at the discretion of the selection committee) on topics relevant to the ScientificDisciplinary Sector and aligned with the educational content offered in the current academic programs (see the previous section regarding the specific duties required of the successful candidate). The selection committee will define a series of possible topics, which will be drawn by the candidates well in advance of the scheduled test date. The teaching activity will take place in the undergraduate and master's degree courses in Civil and Environmental Engineering and in the degree courses in Architecture. - The research activity will focus on the topics of the Scientific Disciplinary Sector CEAR/03-C, in particular on economic project management and evaluation, cost-benefit analysis techniques and the structuring of decision-making problems to formulate costbenefit judgements in the construction, civil, environmental and energy fields over the entire life cycle of assets.
